Nice to meet you!

I'm Lillian, a product designer with 5+ years of experience turning complex, regulated workflows into intuitive B2B solutions for high-stakes environments.

Currently, I’m doing 0→1 design for next-generation 911 and enterprise security tech at RapidSOS. I focus on building critical, life-saving tools for 911 calltakers, first responders, and security teams. Previously, I was the lead designer for Luminate Online at Blackbaud, where I modernized the enterprise email platform for the world's leading social good organizations.

My roots in design include founding and designing for a virtual volunteering startup (Generate Good), interning in the UCSD Design Lab's collaborative programs with SONY and Dexcom, and earning my degree in Human-Computer Interaction from UC San Diego.

Lately, I've been deeply interested in operationalizing design systems and closing the gap between design and development handoff.

If you think we might get along, let's grab a (virtual) coffee and chat!
