Led the 0→1 design for RapidSOS Emergency Detection, a system that instantly alerts corporate security teams when 911 calls are made on their property. Designed core features like geofence alerts, AI call classification, and real-time incident grouping. Used by security teams at Fortune 500 companies, and deployed for site security at Super Bowl LX.

Call Quality Assurance with HARMONY AI

Designed an automated 911 call review platform that transcribes emergency calls, scores them against dispatch guidelines, and flags coaching moments for supervisors. Replaced slow manual sampling with 100% call coverage and scaled to handle 50,000+ monthly calls for enterprise partners.

Designed a safety tool with Norfolk Southern that instantly sends cargo and hazmat records to first responders during train derailments. Cut critical alert times down from up to 72 hours to just 15 minutes.
